I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofits, businesses and community-based organizations, combining big-picture thinking with the ability to organize the work, engage the right people and get things done.
My work includes launching and growing programs and ventures, strengthening operations, developing partnerships and communities, creating new sources of revenue and providing focused leadership for complex projects and periods of change.

I've spent my career working across sectors and disciplines, often where there wasn't an obvious roadmap.
That range gives me a wide lens and the ability to see possibilities, make connections and bring useful ideas from one setting into another. I ask good questions, listen closely, bring people together and stay focused on creating results that matter.
