I help take ideas from possibility to reality, whether that means creating a new program, developing an initiative or launching a venture. My role can include shaping the concept, developing strategy and a workable plan, identifying resources and revenue, building partnerships and leading implementation.

Strengthen & Grow

Existing programs and organizations sometimes need renewed energy, clearer direction or a different approach. I help uncover opportunities for growth and improvement, strengthen operations and systems, increase participation or revenue and create better experiences for customers, participants and communities.

Community & Partnerships

I create partnerships, networks and community initiatives that connect people around a shared purpose. The goal is more than bringing people together—it is creating genuine connection and belonging, meaningful opportunities to participate and relationships that help organizations extend their reach and impact.

This work can also include sponsorship development, funder relationships, grant research and grant writing as part of a broader organizational strategy.

Leadership Capacity & Special Projects

I provide additional leadership when an organization has important work that needs focused attention and follow-through. This can include strategic initiatives, program launches, organizational transitions, complex projects, operational priorities or other work that needs an experienced hand to guide it from beginning to end.

The arrangement can be project-based, part-time, short-term or ongoing depending on the organization and the work.
